EuroExpo Desk is operated by Packsy Global B.V. Public exhibition information helps you find trade fairs; requests are reviewed and introduced personally by the operator.
What we do
We list dates, venues and official organiser sources of European trade fairs; receive exhibitor requests and review them manually; introduce reviewed requests to approved service providers; and contact both sides. We take no part in quotes or contracts.
Sources
Exhibition pages link to the organiser page and show the check date. Official exhibitor service links come from public organiser or venue pages. Some require an exhibitor account; scope, prices and ordering deadlines must be confirmed on the source website.
Coverage and updates
This growing catalogue does not cover every European trade fair. Each edition has its own official source and check date. Maintenance prioritises upcoming and overdue records. Missing dates or conflicting announcements pause changes. New editions are verified separately; dates are not extrapolated.
Registration and request review
Exhibitors and service providers sign in with an email code and register their role. Requests enter manual review and are not published automatically. The operator shows the reviewed text without contact details to signed-in providers, who can express interest. Contact details and internal notes stay private; the operator connects both sides personally.
Review and badges
- Approved
- The operator has checked the provider's company and service details. It is not a service guarantee. Profile edits need a new review.
- Verified
- The operator has separately checked identity or qualification documents. Managed independently of approval; a provider can hold one without the other.
- Service record and reviews
- Only services the operator confirms as completed count publicly, and the exhibitor can review each one once. Test services and test reviews are excluded. No reviews is shown as such.
- Ordering
- Profiles show real completed services, average rating and number of reviews. A featured badge requires at least five real reviews and an average of 4.5 or higher; verification and featured status are separate. Ordering considers both rating and sample size, and no reviews is not treated as a poor rating.

Previous tools and saved information
Previous planning tools and information saved on your device remain available through the previous planning tools link. Account backups remain on the original account page. They do not become published requests and are not sent to providers automatically.
External sites and analytics
Official links open independent websites with their own account and data practices. This version has no advertising trackers or third-party visitor analytics. The hosting provider may process necessary access logs.
European trade fair emails
Your email joins the list only after you opt in on the separate subscription page and click the confirmation link sent to your inbox. Signing in, submitting a request or applying as a provider does not subscribe you. Supabase stores your choice and confirmation record; Resend sends confirmation emails and manages the list and unsubscribes. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
