A request, an expression of interest and a personal introduction do not mean an order has been confirmed or a payment made.
What is not an order
Submitting a request on EuroExpo Desk, a provider expressing interest and the operator introducing both sides are all part of the introduction. The order is confirmed directly between you and the provider.
Check before confirming
Scope and exclusions; whether the quote includes tax, and the currency; payment milestones and method; cancellation and change terms; whether delivery dates match the organiser's move-in and move-out times.
Payment
Payment is made directly between exhibitor and service provider. The website takes no payments and does not collect or forward them.
In case of a dispute
The scope and terms you confirmed with the provider apply. EuroExpo Desk can share the communication from the introduction, but does not rule on the service contract as a party to it.
