Review process
Verify your email and choose the role
Sign in with an email code and choose the service provider role. One account can hold both the exhibitor and the provider role.
Complete your profile
Company, country, service categories, description, and consent to be shown to exhibitors.
Manual review
The operator checks your details and may ask for more. There is no fixed turnaround time.
Shown after approval
Your profile is shown to signed-in exhibitors. Material changes need a new review and the profile is hidden meanwhile.
What the review checks
- That the company exists: website, business register or equivalent public information.
- That the service categories match the description.
- That you provide the service locally in Europe.
Three separate statuses
Marked after the operator has separately checked identity or qualification documents. Managed independently of approval.
Counted only after the operator confirms a completed service; one review per service. No reviews is shown as such.

How long does the review take?
It is a manual review with no fixed turnaround time. We contact you if we need more information.
How do I withdraw my listing?
Withdraw your display consent in the service provider workspace. Your profile is then no longer shown to exhibitors.
How do I delete my data?
Email packsyglobalnl@gmail.com. We delete it after verifying your identity.
