Timing
Sea freight needs inland time from port to venue; air freight and customs follow fixed procedures. Count back from the organiser's move-in date and submit early. This page gives no fixed lead time in weeks.
Official channels and restrictions
At most European venues on-site unloading, forklifts and cranes are handled exclusively by the organiser's appointed logistics contractor. Third-party carriers usually deliver to the venue gate or an advance warehouse. Check the official exhibitor services page of the edition.
How the introduction works
Submit a request
Sign in and describe the exhibition, dates and services you need. One account can hold both the exhibitor and the service provider role.
Manual review
We check the request and contact you if anything is missing. Published requests carry no contact details.
Personal introduction
We contact approved service providers who expressed interest and introduce both sides. Scope, quote and contract are agreed directly between you.
Contact details remain private. Service providers see only the request content published after review.
About fees
Quotes come from the service provider and depend on scope, venue and dates. The platform gives no indicative prices and is currently in a free testing phase. How professional service quotes work
Frequently asked questions
Can the provider deliver straight to my stand?
It depends on venue rules. At most venues on-site handling is done by the official contractor; the provider states the handover point in the quote.
Do exhibits have to go back after the show?
State in the request whether goods return, are sold or destroyed. The provider quotes and prepares customs documents accordingly.
Does the platform handle customs?
No. Customs is handled by the transport provider or its agent. The platform only introduces both sides.
