Exhibits are mostly precision equipment, so use shock-protected packaging, ship itemised, and arrange temporary-import paperwork and insurance in advance.
Visitors at BIO-Europe 2026 include hospital procurement, distributors and clinicians, and conversations cover indications, registration status and service terms. An interpreter who knows medical terminology is important here.
