Before you exhibit at Fruit Attraction 2026
General notes for the Food sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
Food fairs usually involve tasting or on-stand preparation. Check with the organiser and the venue how to order refrigeration power, water and drainage, and what hygiene rules apply, before the stand design is fixed. Chilled samples need a plan for restocking and storage during the show. Imported food is subject to inspection and labelling rules, so verify the requirements of the host country before shipping.
Buyers at Fruit Attraction 2026 are mostly importers, distributors and retail chains, and negotiations cover recipes, shelf life, certification and price terms. An interpreter familiar with food-industry vocabulary reduces misunderstandings. Stand staff should be able to explain origin, ingredients and certificates; tastings are the catering element and follow the organiser’s rules. The organiser’s published regulations take precedence.
Official organiser channels
Official exhibitor services are provided by the organiser or the venue, not by EuroExpo Desk service providers. Some services, such as venue catering or rigging points, may only be available from the official contractor.
