Intersolar Europe 2027

Before you exhibit at Intersolar Europe 2027

General notes for the Energy sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.

At energy fairs, solar modules, inverters, storage cabinets and wind components are large and heavy. Check the venue’s floor-loading and electrical rules before deciding whether to ship the real product or present it with models and screens. For battery exhibits, add dangerous-goods declarations and the return shipment to the transport plan from the start.

Visitors at Intersolar Europe 2027 are mainly project developers, installers and buyers, so datasheets and certificates should be translated carefully, and an interpreter familiar with energy terminology makes technical meetings easier. Stand staff should be able to explain where the product fits in a project. Keep catering simple and aligned with your meeting schedule. The organiser’s published exhibitor rules take precedence.
