Before you exhibit at interzum forum italy 2026
General notes for the Design sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
At design and interiors fairs the stand itself is part of the message: materials, lighting and display matter more than the number of products. Leave time to check your custom build against the organiser’s rules on stand height, rigging and floor finishes. Samples are mostly furniture, textiles and lighting, so protective packaging and a decision on the return shipment belong in the transport plan.
Buyers, designers and retail merchandisers discuss collections, lead times and minimum orders directly on the stand at interzum forum italy 2026. An interpreter who is comfortable with design vocabulary keeps conversations about finish and craft precise. Stand hosts should know the collection and the materials; catering can help visitors linger. The organiser’s exhibitor rules are the binding reference.
Official organiser channels
