Before you exhibit at SPS 2026
General notes for the Industry sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
Industrial fairs usually mean machinery, working samples or large components on the stand. Check the venue rules on floor loading, power supply and compressed air before you decide between a custom build and a rented system stand. Heavy exhibits also need a transport plan that matches the venue’s move-in schedule, including customs paperwork and on-site unloading.
Technical conversations at SPS 2026 are mostly held in German or English, so an interpreter who knows the sector vocabulary helps avoid misunderstandings about specifications. Plan one or two staff who can explain the products, and simple stand catering so visitors stay for a longer conversation. The organiser’s exhibitor manual remains the binding reference.
Official organiser channels
Official exhibitor services are provided by the organiser or the venue, not by EuroExpo Desk service providers. Some services, such as venue catering or rigging points, may only be available from the official contractor.
