Chilled samples need a plan for restocking and storage during the show. Imported food is subject to inspection and labelling rules, so verify the requirements of the host country before shipping.
Buyers at CHOCOTEC 2026 are mostly importers, distributors and retail chains, and negotiations cover recipes, shelf life, certification and price terms. An interpreter familiar with food-industry vocabulary reduces misunderstandings. Stand staff should be able to explain origin, ingredients and certificates; tastings are the catering element and follow the organiser’s rules. The organiser’s published regulations take precedence.
