Before you exhibit at PMRExpo 2026
General notes for the Connectivity sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
Connectivity fairs are about live demonstrations: networked devices, test benches and screens all need stable connectivity and power. Ask the venue early how to order wired internet, dedicated Wi-Fi and electricity for your stand, rather than discovering limits during move-in. The equipment is compact but numerous and valuable, so ship it itemised and arrange secure storage on site.
Visitors at PMRExpo 2026 come from operators, system integrators and corporate IT, and technical demos alternate with commercial talks. An interpreter who knows telecom vocabulary keeps demonstrations fluent. Stand staff should be able to run the demo and answer basic technical questions; light catering is enough. The organiser’s exhibitor manual sets the binding rules.

Official exhibitor services are provided by the organiser or the venue, not by EuroExpo Desk service providers. Some services, such as venue catering or rigging points, may only be available from the official contractor.
