Exhibits are mostly precision equipment, so use shock-protected packaging, ship itemised, and arrange temporary-import paperwork and insurance in advance.
Visitors at FIBO 2026 include hospital procurement, distributors and clinicians, and conversations cover indications, registration status and service terms. An interpreter who knows medical terminology is important here. Stand staff should be able to answer questions on registration and after-sales support; keep catering simple and tied to scheduled meetings. The organiser’s exhibitor manual is the binding reference.
