Before you exhibit at IAW Autumn 2026
General notes for the Consumer goods sector. They do not replace the organiser’s exhibitor manual.
Consumer-goods fairs draw high visitor traffic, so the stand needs to balance brand presentation with sample display, storage space and visitor flow. Organisers usually set rules on open sides and stand height, so check the design before production. Samples are numerous: ship with a carton-level packing list and allow for restocking during the show.
Buyers, retail merchandisers and distributors discuss ranges, prices and minimum orders directly on the stand at IAW Autumn 2026. An interpreter familiar with retail and consumer-goods vocabulary makes those talks faster. Stand staff should know the product line and record lead details; catering can be arranged simply according to expected traffic. The organiser’s exhibitor rules are binding.
